Who we are

Covenant Foster Care (CFC) is a Christ-based nonprofit foster family agency licensed by the State of California.  Our mission is “Placing abused and neglected children in families that model the love of Jesus Christ."  The mission is fulfilled as we recruit, train and certify  foster families to provide safe, stable and loving homes for children to develop and grow in God’s love and grace.

What we do

Covenant Foster Care is committed to assisting foster children in developing positive relationships that will help them succeed in life. We connect people with a heart to serve with foster children that need hope and love. We are confident that these “covenant partnerships” will bring hope to hurting children. Together, we bring hope!

Who are the Covenant Foster Parents?

Covenant Foster Parents are heroes to foster children and our community! Each Covenant foster parent is equipped with training and support. Covenant Foster Parents are the backbone of ministry to children and serve as ambassadors of Christ to each child … Covenant foster parents are “living letters” of God’s love and grace. “Whoever welcomes a child in my name, welcomes me.”  ~ Matthew 18:5

Who are the Children?

  • Foster children are between the ages of 0-18, who because of abuse and neglect are unable to live with their biological parents.

  • Foster children are hurting children that need loving families that will help them heal and grow into stable, secure and loving adults… Success!

  • Foster children are children with goals, dreams, gifts and talents that need love and encouragement to realize and live at their divine potential.

Becoming a Foster Parent

The first step is calling our office. When you call, our staff will spend time answering questions, concerns and will help you decide if foster parenting is right for you and your family. We believe everyone can help but not everyone is supposed to be a foster parent. Call the office and we can set up a personal appointment!

Covenant Foster Parent Support

Covenant is committed to supporting foster parents with love, training, care and compassion. Foster parenting can be a challenging experience so we work extra hard to support our parents to insure each is properly equipped. We offer:

  • Respite Provisions
  • Dynamic and effective Support Groups

  • Quality Monthly Training
  • Excellent Financial Compensation
